This is a two-part class introducing the Electronic Evidence Procedures. The first part of training is a demonstration of how to submit evidence in CM/ECF using the Electronic Evidence Submission Application(EESA), which will be held in the training room. The second part of the training will be how to present e-evidence in the courtroom once it is submitted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Customs House closes at 4:30. There will be a court employee at the back door to let you in. You will not be able to get in after 5:00.
