Wednesday, January 17, 2024:

Due to continuing weather and road conditions, the Chapter 13 Consolidated Motion Docket at 9:00 a.m. and the Columbia Chapter 7/13 Motion Docket at 9:30 a.m. will be conducted exclusively by Zoom video.  There will be no in-person participation.  To the extent that witnesses are needed for a resolution of a motion, requests for a continuance will be liberally granted.
