CM/ECF dictionary event “4 – Conversion Statements and Schedules” is the event to select if you are filing statements and schedules in a case that has been converted from a previous chapter. Specifically, if you are trying to comply with LBR 1017-1, Conversion — Request For/Notice, for a case converted to Chapter 7 and there are no new creditors on the conversion statement and schedules, make a statement in the Notice of Conversion Statement and Schedules that no new creditors are added to the converted Chapter 7 case.
