YOM KIPPUR 2022 (October 4, 2022 – October 5, 2022)

This year Yom Kippur falls on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, and ends Wednesday, October 5, 2022. If you are observing Yom Kippur and are not able to attend a court docket during that time or cannot have a representative attend on your behalf, please file the appropriate motions to continue the matters set on those motion docket days. Continuances will be liberally granted for anyone filing a motion to continue a matter set for October 4th or 5th due to observance of Yom Kippur or for anyone making a similar request in open Court on your behalf on that basis on those dates.

Please keep in mind that this is the process for any religious days you may observe.
