In order to comply with limitations on operations imposed by the lack of necessary funding, Judiciary Policy, and the Anti-Deficiency Act, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee will be closed on Friday, November 7, Friday, November 14, and Friday, November 21, 2025. This closing does not affect the calendar and settings of the court on the other days of the week, absent federal holidays. CM/ECF and PACER will continue to be available for electronic filing and case information. The Court will accept paper filings and any payments made in person on the next business day of the court. For situations requiring immediate attention, please send an email to EmergencyFiling@tnmb.uscourts.gov.. This email will only be monitored on the Fridays the Court is closed to the public.
