DUE TO LAPSE IN APPROPRIATIONS: Effective Thursday November 13, 2025, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee has resumed normal and full operations.  Any court closures or other limitations previously imposed to address the lapse in appropriations are terminated.
